Our particleboard products include cut-to-size particleboard door core, profiled core, and lockblocks.   Mineral core can be purchased as raw core or banded to meet fire ratings from 45 minutes thru 90 minutes.  Crossbanded mineral core, temperature rise core and  profiled 60-minute mineral core are also available. All products produced by Custom Door Components are environmentally friendly and are made by adhering to strict quality control and safety standards
